Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide.

Shipping Charges:

Domestic shipments - free of cost

International shipments - International order shipping charges depend on the greater actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel.

Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.


We are currently only accepting payments for international orders via Bank Transfer. Online payment at checkout with international cards will not go through. We regret the inconvenience.



All cash on delivery orders require a prior deposit of 50% of the order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method. You can request an online payment link by calling or sending a message at +91 96500 39960.  Selecting the COD option and checking out does not complete the purchase process. Only when the 50% deposit has been paid via the payment link, will the order be processed by us.

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer. Alteration service is only available for domestic purchases.

For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

For International customers (when applicable):
International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

All payments made against the purchases/services on by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Reliance The Dyana. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.

The Dyana may employ Cashfree, Razorpay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by The Dyana which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

The Dyana endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if The Dyana fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, The Dyana may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

All domestic orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 10-15 days for delivery from the date of purchase.

All international orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 20 days for delivery from the date of purchase.

For all other orders, delivery timelines are ascribed in the Product information section.

Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. 

Delivery timelines might be affected owing to COVID-19 restrictions.
